Cosmic Clothing Refund Policy

All of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, send us an email at cosmicclothingshop@gmail.com or contact us here. You will not need to return the item. Please note, a clear photo will have to be sent showing the issue with the item received. Once we receive this information, we can either process a refund to you or send a replacement of the originally purchased item.  

✧ To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.

✧ Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.

✧ We can not accept requests for refunds or replacements after 30 days. 

✧ We do not provide exchanges. A replacement can be sent of the item originally ordered.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a request for a refund was approved, the amount refunded will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. 

If you've been approved for a refund but haven't received it yet, please make sure you've tried the following:

✧ Double check your bank statement to ensure the refund hasn't already been processed. 

✧ Contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
